Roles and Responsibilities of Production Supervisor

A production supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry is responsible for overseeing the production of pharmaceutical products. They ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. This includes developing and implementing standard operating procedures, training and supervising production staff, and maintaining accurate records. 

The production supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, that raw materials and other resources are used effectively, and that products are properly packaged and labeled.
