Procedure
Description
Security Sticker with Bar Code.
Length
Measure the length of security sticker by scale. Obtained value should be withinlimit as per specification
Width
Measure the width of security sticker by vernier caliper at 10 points. Obtainedaverage value should be within limit as per specification.
Bar Code
Bar code should be in the form of DD/MM/YY/Quantity.
GSM Without release paper
Take 10 x 10 cm of security sticker and, weigh it. The weight of security stickers divide by length and width of sticker. The obtained value should be within limit as per specification.
Printing Matter
Check the over printing of 10 Stickers individually. It should meet as per the specimens. Colour shade check as per approved artwork.
