SOP for Entry and Exit Procedure to Liquid Manufacturing Area

OBJECTIVE

To explain the system followed in entering the manufacturing area.

SCOPE

This procedure covers the process to enter and exit the liquid manufacturing area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of all the operators, supervisors and Q.A. Personnel that the process is followed.

PROCEDURE

Entry to Manufacturing Area

• Enter inside the manufacturing area from the main corridor.
• Walk into the small corridor.
• Remove the slip-on and put on Gumboots, gloves and masks.
• Do the operations in the manufacturing area as per SOP.

Exit from Manufacturing Area

• Enter the small corridor from the manufacturing area.
• Remove the boots, gloves, and masks.
• Put on a slip-on and walk through the door leading into the change room.
• Remove the overalls and slip-on and put on the streetwear.
