SOP for Temperature & Relative Humidity Recording In Control Sample Storage Area

OBJECTIVE

To lay down the procedure for measurement and recording of Temperature and Relative Humidity in the Control sample storage areas

SCOPE

This SOP shall be applicable to Quality Control Department at XYZ Limited

RESPONSIBILITY

Manual monitoring by Hygrometer: Chemist and above of QC Department

Recording in Log Card: Chemist and above of QC Department.

Checking: Chemist and above of QC Department.

PROCEDURE

Frequency:

• Recording in Log Card: Once in a Shift i.e. at the start of each shift (General & B-shift).

Documentation:

• Temperature and Relative Humidity shall be recorded in Annexure - 01 (Record of Temperature and Relative Humidity)

Acceptance Criteria:

• As mentioned in Annexure - 01

If Temperature & Relative Humidity is found out of the specified limit, as mentioned in Annexure-01, inform the observation to the Engineering department.
